Cap Torque Tester | TMV5

The TMV5 Touchscreen Electronic Torque Tester is designed with a special mechanical system for measuring torque which cancels most non-coaxial and top load influences on the measurement. These features cancel most operator induced influences (~60%) on the measurement for maximum repeatability. It includes a high speed micro processor (5000Hz). The TMV5 integrates an operator interface with a touchscreen control panel which makes the torque meter simple and efficient to use.

The operator can easily read the torque value on the display and generate bar-graph and dynamic statistics, and product information. Each product’s desired torque values can be memorized with 4 tolerance thresholds.
